All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at vanncollcbusiness@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
